2. Receive Our Initial Reply
We’ll respond with full details of our service and the costs involved. If you’d like to proceed, please let us know quickly as our babysitters are in very high demand, especially during the summer months.
3. Availability Check & Booking Fee
Please allow a little time for our reply while we confirm availability for your date(s) and location. If we can accommodate your request, we’ll send you a link to pay the non-refundable booking fee. Your booking is only confirmed once this fee has been received, so we recommend completing it promptly.
4. Complete Registration Forms
You’ll be sent a registration form to complete and return for each child in our care. These forms are shared with your babysitter and help us to provide the very best care so please give as much detail as possible and include your country code so your babysitter can contact you.
5. Meet Your Babysitter
We don’t send out babysitter profiles in advance. Instead, your babysitter will usually introduce themselves via WhatsApp a day or two before your booking to confirm details. This is also the perfect time to share directions, instructions or any last-minute notes.
6. On the Day
Please allow enough time for a thorough handover so your babysitter has everything they need. If you’d like updates during the booking (where possible), simply let your babysitter know.
7. Payment
Babysitters are paid directly in cash on the day. Many families prefer to pay at the beginning of the booking, which is always very much appreciated.
